Growing to Better Serve Our Communities

Advanced Home Care proudly opened in 2009 in Framingham, Massachusetts. Strategically located in the MetroWest area, our headquarters provides convenient access for caregivers, families, and referral partners. Our sister company, Dignity Hospice, operates from the same building at 260 Cochituate Rd.

As our services expanded and demand grew, it became clear that additional locations were needed to better support the communities we serve.

Introducing Our New Braintree Office!

We are excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Braintree at 639 Granite Street.

Office Manager Lena Kalenjian, Case Coordinator Lina Rubiere, and HR Associate Marlyn Semextant look forward to welcoming caregivers and supporting our growing team in this centrally located space. The new office allows for easy accessibility and enhanced support for the many caregivers who walk through our doors each day.

Office Manager Louisa Rego, along with Case Coordinators Solly Fernandes and Naira Margaryan, warmly greet caregivers each day. GAFC Program Director, Gabrielle Farrenkopf, is available to assist clients and families exploring care options.

HR Generalist Migdalia provides daily caregiver interaction and hands-on support to ensure our team members feel valued and supported.

Chief Executive Officer, Art Kalenjian, is proud of Advanced Home Cares’ continued growth and commitment to excellence. As we expand, our mission remains the same: delivering compassionate, reliable care while supporting the caregivers who make it possible.
