Every day, but especially in May, we take time to recognize the nurses whose compassion and dedication make quality home care possible. This year, we are proud to spotlight Svetlana Berezin, our Chief Compliance Officer and Clinical Director at Advanced Home Care.

Originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, Svetlana came to the United States as a child and built a career rooted in resilience, leadership, and compassion for others. Today, she helps oversee clinical operations and compliance efforts across the communities we serve, ensuring patients receive care with dignity, professionalism, and heart.

But Nursing Week is about more than one individual. It is about every nurse who shows up each day with professionalism, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to patients and families.
